A second deposit is due by January 10, 2026 (this payment amount is listed on the package, that you choose, and may differ depending on whether you are signing up for a quad, triple or double package)

Trip balance is due by February 26, 2026

In the event an individual must cancel, the following cancellation fee schedule will apply using the estimated individual package cost and any non-recoverable costs set forth by Grueninger for the purpose of acquiring vendor services:

From registration until 121 days prior to departure: $100 and any non-refundable vendor or incurred costs

From 120 days to 91 days 25% of the per person trip cost plus any non-refundable vendor or incurred costs

From 90 days to 61 days 50% of the per person trip cost plus any non-refundable vendor or incurred costs

From 60 days to 46 days 75% of the per person trip cost plus any non-refundable vendor or incurred costs

From 45 days to 0 days 100% of the per person trip cost

Because we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy, travel protection coverage is strongly recommended.

To protect your travel investment, we highly recommend the purchase of trip protection. Each traveler will need to purchase their own insurance and you may choose any travel insurance provider.
