Wonderful trip overall! Great accommodations. Great tour with circle tour! Wish we did this tour earlier in the trip. Also wish we stopped at more places and stayed alittle longer. Only negative was not getting to sit by members of our group that we requested. Some families that had young kids had seats separated across the plane.

We had a wonderful trip overall and would absolutely consider traveling with your company again. The pace was perfect for adults, with plenty of free time balanced by just the right amount of planned group activities. One of the highlights was having a tour director with us throughout the trip, along with a local guide for the island bus tour. Both were excellent, but I would especially like to recognize Cliff. He was a wealth of knowledge—fun, energetic, personable, and engaging. Thanks to him, I left with a much deeper appreciation for Hawaiian culture and history, and a strong desire to return. A couple of opportunities for improvement: we never seemed to receive a truly final itinerary, which made it difficult to plan activities on our own. Details were still changing right up to our departure date, which created some uncertainty and felt a bit disorganized. Additionally, the two adult-only meals at Hard Rock Cafe were disappointing. While it would have been perfectly fine as a meal shared with the students, it felt like a missed opportunity for the adults to experience more local cuisine and culture. The restaurant was crowded, hot, and the food was underwhelming compared to the many great local dining options available. Those concerns aside, the trip was a fantastic experience. The overall organization of the tour, the balance between structured activities and free time, and especially the quality of the guides made this a memorable and enjoyable journey. Cliff, in particular, was outstanding and played a huge role in making the experience special. We came home with great memories, a greater understanding of Hawaii, and a desire to travel there again—which is probably the highest compliment we can give.

It was a Great experience. We had never been to Hawaii before. The excursions that the Friends and family went on all went smoothly. The Arizona memorial was the main thing that I wanted to see and it was all that I had hoped for. We really enjoyed Clif our host. He had lots of helpful information. The island tour guide that we had on Clif's bus was Great! We really enjoyed the Luau. we had a wonderful time but it is always good to be back home. Thank you all for everything. It was great to go to all of these attractions and not have to do any of the driving, the bus drivers were amazing.

Communication prior to the trip and change of itinerary during the trip is the 3 stars. I would rate Clif, our guide, a 5. And also Jessica, that helped prior to the trip, a 5. Both were absolutely fantastic!!! And so helpful. The company was horrible with getting us any substantial information prior to our trip. It seemed very unorganized and then plans changed during the trip several times. That was all so inconvenient because we had made plans according to the itinerary and it ended up costing more to change our own plans because the agency changed what we were doing. After doing these trips so many times, one would think you would have this down by now. It was quite a mess though.
