¯ Six deluxe motorcoaches in Los Angeles per itinerary. Motorcoaches stay with the band throughout the week (not just transfers). Drivers’ lodging has been included. Bus parking at the hotel has been included as well as bus driver gratuities

Tour is based on a minimum of 300 traveling in the band (or 50 per motorcoach).

Credit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee. There are no processing fees if paying by Bank Transfer or mailing in a check.
Please make checks payable to Grueninger Music Tours. A $35 late fee will be charged for payments overdue. A $30 fee will apply for disputed credit card transactions on any previously authorized amount.
If you are unable to complete the tour due to a physical or mental inability to keep up with the group of participants, there shall be NO refunds owed.
Cancellation of travel must be made in writing to [email protected] and is effective from the date we receive the written notification. The date of the postmark is the date used to determine the amount of the cancellation fee. All payments made prior to individual or group cancellation are NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds or credits will be issued for a cancelled participant.
As described above, Grueninger Music Tours is required to pay all Suppliers well in advance of your trip date. This includes but is not limited to hotel accommodations, meals, tickets for attractions and events, transportation, etc. All Suppliers have their own cancellation policies, which apply to your booking, and it is your responsibility to acquaint yourself with said policies. Should a cancellation become necessary, please inform Grueninger Music Tours immediately in writing and request a written confirmation of your cancellation as stipulated above. Upon receipt, Grueninger Music Tours will follow industry procedures for any applicable refunds as outlined in the Supplier’s terms and subject to their review. If you are entitled to a refund, please note that the Supplier is responsible for this refund, not Grueninger Music Tours. Suppliers may choose to provide a travel voucher or credit in lieu of refund. We are not responsible for a Supplier’s failure to pay a refund or for Supplier bankruptcy or insolvency.
In addition to any terms of our Suppliers, the following GMT cancellations charges will also apply. Cancellation charges are based upon the estimated individual or group package cost and any NON-REFUNDABLE costs set forth by GMT for the purpose of acquiring Supplier services.
Individual Traveler Cancellation Schedule. Individual traveler cancellation charges are expressed as follows:
In the event an individual must cancel the following schedule will apply using the estimated individual package cost and any non-recoverable costs set forth by Grueninger for the purpose of acquiring vendor services:
In the event an individual cancellation is received from initial deposit to August 28, 2025, the individual will be charged 10% of the total trip cost in addition to any loss of airline seat value and/or any non-refundable costs set forth by GMT for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
In the event an individual cancellation is received August 29, 2025 to September 28, 2025, the individual will be charged 20% of the total trip cost in addition to any loss of airline seat value and/or any non-refundable costs set forth by GMT for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
In the event an individual cancellation is received September 29, 2025 – October 28, 2025, the individual will be charged 50% of the total trip cost, in addition to any loss of airline seat value and/or any non-refundable costs set forth by GMT for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
In the event an individual cancellation is received October 29, 2025 – November 28, 2025, the individual will be charged 75% of the total trip cost, in addition to any loss of airline seat value and/or any non-refundable costs set forth by GMT for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
There is no refund for an individual cancellation after November 28 , 2025. Note: GMT must receive written notice of all cancellations and changes. Emails should be sent to [email protected]
If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your travel protection plan you may be able to reclaim these charges, for this reason we strongly encourage the purchase of a travel protection plan including additional Cancel For Any Reason coverage.
Airline tickets are governed by the air carriers’ terms, and we are not responsible for any air carrier’s decision regarding refunds.
Grueninger Music Tours strongly recommends that participants purchase a travel protection plan.
To help protect your investment of travel and to help protect yourself while you are away, consider purchasing travel protection from Travel Insured International. These protection plans include pre-departure benefits such as Trip Cancellation and post-departure benefits such as Accident & Sickness Medical, Baggage/Baggage Delay, Evacuation, Missed Connection, Trip Delay and Trip Interruption. Declining travel protection plan coverage could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. You also acknowledge that without this coverage, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs or expenses incurred.
